Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique style of rapping. Baker was born in Houston, TX U.S. on 22nd April 1990, to parents of English Scottish German descent. When he was a kid, he spent a great period of his time on the road along with his parents who were missionaries. James Colson Baker, his father, struggled with depression and was unemployed. Her mother Sonia Alane had left him when he turned nine. Following that Baker and his father relocated to Denver which was where they resided together with his father's aunt. Baker had to endure bullying from fellow children because of his lack of wealth. After he was in the sixth grade, Baker was able to study rap. Colson Baker, better known in the form of Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on April 22nd, 1990. With his music, he is known for blending hip-hop trends of the present and rock. Baker has recorded four mixtapes during between 2007 and 2010 prior to joining Bad Boy Records. After delivering lyrics quicker than a bullet train the Cleveland rapper experienced a swift climb to fame in the year. The rapper went from releasing self-released cassettes, to being signed to labels. In the following years, every single album of his was ranked at the top of the charts.
